Very well delivered and well-structured course, Very good training, presentation was well prepared and delivered in a professional way. Right amount of interaction, good slide show and variety of other media used to aid the training. Really helped me in my role as fire warden.  The presenter answered questions and concerns. He made points clearly with super photos etc to demonstrate the point.

Really enjoyed the practical aspects of using the fire extinguisher!! First class course and specific content to my own workplace It was certainly good to try out the extinguishers - would be tempting to leave this messy bit out but I really appreciated the opportunity. The course delivery was really good and the course leader was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject

Overall tone of the course was positive and supportive and seemed a manageable role to carry out. It wasn't presented as too daunting or overly officious and rule laden. Really makes you think about your environment and how to identify and deal with possible fire risks.
